New TBBQF Sponsor - Butcher BBQ

Postby Gator » Mon Jan 04, 2010 6:01 pm

Howdy folks,

We want to extend a BIG TBBQF welcome to Butcher BBQ, our newest sponsor. They are located in Kansas City MO and have a very impressive list of awards and accomplishments. Their brisket injection is second to none, winning more awards than we can list here. Their injections were used to win the top 3 places at the American Royal brisket competition in October 2009. WOW. We get a lot of questions about injections and folks Butcher BBQ makes the best.

Thanks to David over at Butcher BBQ for taking a sponsor slot and supporting our forum. Yall pay him a visit:

I've always thought injecting a brisket was a sin, propped up the fact that I'm needle adverse. I have to admit that I''m beginning to warm up to the idea. I do inject cure into briskets to make pastrami -you can see I'm at a crossroads  My cousin who is a shrink will tell you that progress is measured in steps and not miles, so don't expect an order from me tomorrow but when the time is right... . Oh, and welcome to the best BBQ Forum on the net :D

Glad to see you join the sponsor team David. I too will have to try your magic powder. I gave up on the comp injection idea after a bad business deal with folks that make some fab stuff.
And DATS sometime ask me to tell my story on needle phobia.

Well, if there is a good place to sponsor, this would have to be it. I am sure that there will be a number of new customers coming at ya, with all of the smokers we have here. I for one wouldn't mind giving the stuff a try. Looks good.
