Well done Sterno and thanks to Dave for facilitating the throwdown and all the participants - I was drooling on my keyboard.

Is it okay to post the details of our cook? Mine was a smoke - should I put it here, or in the smoking section?

Smoking Section would be better, notate it was the TD cook. Thanks

A BIG hearty congratulations to Sterno, Throw Down MVP! You now have a custom TBBQF Avatar and special rank of Throw Down MVP + plus bragging rights (until the next Throwdown). You are our first international winner too! I love the pictures and the fine job you are doing in Germany, representing Texas BBQ. Keep up the great work! :trainnana:

Thanks to all the entries, it was our best yet. 8)

And a special shout out to Deputy Dave, who tirelessly sifted through all the details and put on this contest. THANKS Dave! Excellent Job! :D

Thanks very much Gator, Dave and everyone else participating and voting! This contest was good fun and motivates to try to cook more nice looking foods and to take better pictures.

I did celebrate my win with quite a bit of red wine last night ... Hard day at the office today  :deadhorse:
