National Pork Month Throw Down!
OK,
Vote away
I voted for a Any Things Goes Pork only. It covers every thing from whole hog to breakfast. No problems with garnish.
Remember, it's a celebration of Pork

I like the Any Things Goes Pork only. Having only one category might make things more creative.

I was considering separate categories here, but I like the idea of maybe seeing a bunch of plated dishes so I voted for anything goes.

If my idea wins out and the winner of the ThrowDown doesn't get a majority of the votes (50.1%+), I'd be inclined to have a run-off of the top three entries.

The throwdown is all pork, it's just being decided how many and what categories the throwdown will have.

My vote is for an any pork, meat only category, but I'm fine with a any pork anything goes as long as it's a single category where most votes wins.
