Sounds like you have a good plan in place :D Busy couple days, but it will be worth it :D Just remember to have a few Image that night and all will be better. :D :D :lol:

Got 25lbs of butts and 28lbs of packers in the fridge. Kind of how it work out in the cryovac. It will be fun :D

It's in the back of the 4-runner and it's raining right now. I'll look at it the morning :D It is lighter than Einstein, but it is also sans fire-ring and grate. :cry:

Total success. We planned for 40 meals, 4oz each of brisket and PP with tator salad, coleslaw and beans. Served about 43 and sold out within an hour. Didn't get a chance to take pics as we very busy serving up plates. Reviews were great, and got more than few folks interested in buying a smoker!
