In less than a month someone will be the Memorial Day 2007 Throw Down Champ. The Prizes are great ( http://www.ncre.biz/Throwdown/MemDay200 ... prize.html ) but don't forget about the special Tile of THROW DOWN MVP and SPECIAL AVATAR.

Will Puff Repeat???? Can Steer Crazy squeeze into the Slot??? Will OSD get a new Camera??? And there is the Lurker Quotient, will some one come out of the tall grass a gain instant Celebrity Status??? Don't worry about the Sheriff, I hear he can't cook so hence all the spices :lol:

I hope to get a new camera soon

This one just doesn't work right anymore

If I get a new camera, will it make me cook better or just show my mistakes better? :lol:

It's the heart and soul that goes into your cook. Not the camera.
The all night vigil or the or the quick burger or dog on the grill.
I'm sure every cook we do is a labor of love, not to be judged by the flash of a camera.From start to finish we are focused on every minute (every hour) of the subject on our smoker or grill. Be it a hotdog or a 12 lb. brisket. With that being said.......................

I WILL PREVAIL!! BRING IT ON GUYS!!! :banana:

All I have to say is this;
If I get my smoker done BEFORE the throwdown (which I am anticipating to be done in the next week to 10 days) LOOK OUT FELLAS!! (and gals!) :fish:
