Some of you may know me as chris1237 and pigs by the moon bbq. Seems like a great fourm so far with alot of good people.
I have been cooking for a few years now and have really gotten into it during the past 1 1/2 year.
Hope to learn a few things and help some people out,
Chris

Hi ya Chris... Welcome!
My boss is from just north of Pittsburgh (Evans City). We are always teasing him about being a yankee, but I drove through PA about 4 or 5 years ago and I will have to admit out of all of the states from CT to TX, PA was the most beautiful state. Beautiful countryside.

I would love to take a weeks vacation and fly to Philly then go into the Amish country. I think that they are very interesting people.
