Oh, I aint gonna argue the pics! Some mighty finr lookin food he cooks. And I know from experience that it taste just as good as it looks too!

And, just for your info, I got a pretty nice lookin smoke ring out of my last brisket and didnt even use any MTQ !!!

I just dont have the pics to prove it... :lol:
