I plan on doing cats 1, 2 and 4. Just don't know exactly what and how.

:rambo: I'm gonna try and do all 4.

Ribs'll be easy to get, meat and bird'll be a little trickier. That "anything goes" has me stumped right now.

You can do it! I'm not sure of my schedule, so I'm not committed yet!

If you can figure out how to expose to fire (gas, wood, lump, log) and not melt it, you could win all the prizes :P

Went back and read the rules.... The anything goes category does not have the requirement cited above in red  See the Sticky under Throw Downs

It won't matter much anyway unless Puff's photoshop crashes  8)

So bring it on guys and gals. Where else can you get so many prizes and you don't even have to pay an entry fee. :smokin: ..... .... So lurkers, sign up before Gator installs the paypal application member fee

Didn't think so, but figured I was wrong. Personally, I think there should be such a requirement, just cause it's a 'cue contest. But that's just me.

I have an idea what I'm gonna cook, but I've gotta find the time. I've been puttin' in 60-70 hrs at work and am about to start back working nights and days, startin' Friday. I barely see my bed anymore, much less the grills.
