Postby super8mm » Sun Jan 04, 2009 7:09 pm

What is everyone opinion on what order to stack stuff on a vertical?

Is there any certain order like chicken on top then pork and beef on bottom? :?:

My preference is poultry on bottom always. I also prefer pork over beef.

Having said that, as I don't like my chicken dripping on anything else, I also don't like any thing else dripping on my chicken...

so you like your chicken seasoned with some beef :D

This is one reason I was thinking of going with a offset style.

I dont do much chicken unless I smoke it or maybe grill it.

I normally cook my chicken much hotter than low-n-slow temps anyway, so the birds are usually on a separate cooker.

BTW: I do like pork flavored briskets!
