What is everyone opinion on what order to stack stuff on a vertical?
Is there any certain order like chicken on top then pork and beef on bottom?

so you like your chicken seasoned with some beef
This is one reason I was thinking of going with a offset style.
I dont do much chicken unless I smoke it or maybe grill it.
