I did taste the bark last night, good stuff to be sure. Final pics posted, hard to tell if I sliced the point right with all the embedded fat those things have :lol: . The stuff tastes great, even the Mrs keeps nibbling. Guess I ought to package it soon :wink: . Much happier with the bark this time.

Man, that looks good. From the looks of it, you have a slicer or a really good knife. Some rye bread, dill pickle and good mustard, and all will be well!
