Wife hit 3rd place beans. I got 3rd place ribs. Dustaways Spicewine is a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. Had a good time. Left as soon as the awards were over, I had worked 18 hours the day before and I was getting pretty cranky. Had a good time. Got to take a tour of Impact Cookers rig. Its hard to tell at first glance but that is one well thought out rig. My Gator Pit performed EXTREMELY well. I swear it just hummed along at 225f all day long. I used hickory (thanks Zeeman) for the first time. I like it. Nice flavor and it made nice coals.

Thanks to Gordo and Dustaway for feeding me all day long. Bad Santa & TexGent I really enjoyed yalls company. For some reason my camera did not find the two of you. Hopefully Dustaways did. Oli made his usual 5 minute apperance. Here one moment, gone the next.

Congrats on the beans and ribs (I detect a pattern on your ribs?) and thanks for the pictures, we always love pictures!
