No garnish. The IBCA, TGC-BCA, or LSBS do not go for garnish or sauce that has not been cooked on. Its all about how the meat looks and taste. Not about how pretty your lettuce is. I am not knocking other sanctioning bodies, I just dont understand the lettuce thing. I am sure there is a reasonable explanation, I just have not heard it yet.
