This bag of goodies arrived yesterday, sooo I had to give it a try.

Looks good Rich!

I have a batch of chili in the crockpot going right now using Gators recipe as well as another batch the way that we normally do it but using Gators seasoning. I used Jimmy Dean ground sausage though instead of the link sausage. Will post pics alter.

Chuck, I used Gator's recipe and some of the changes he mentioned. Good stuff, nice flavor.

I think chili weather is supposed to blow in here tonight, I saw a forecast with low temps in the upper 30's this week. :shock:
