I have built a cold smoker from an old commercial fridge. Any suggestions for improvements are welcome.

I remember as a young boy that my uncle had a similar set up. He had the hotplate inside the fridge and only used saw dust, it was vented through the back of the garage. That thing would hold dozens of suckers and tulibees.

Looks very efficent and well thought out. thinkin Yur gonna have some good stuff for years to come. Wish ya were a neighbor as I love smoked deer sausage. Had a walk-in smokehouse which was used frequently when I was a kid.
