St. Patty
Since I got all things off the mountain and into the new digs, thought I'd take the opportunity to fire up Einstein. Turns out, today is St. Patty Day, we need to unpack, hook things up etc. So, a corn beef is in the pot is just a little while.

Sounds like you and me (and I'm sure many others) have the same idea mine goes in the oven, so I guess I'm not a traditional Irishman (I don't think I have any Irish in me)
Anyway, just put her in the oven for a 3 hour cook. Corned beef over sliced onion, crushed garlic, carrots, white new potatoes and some red wine. Will post finished pics in a few hours

Pulled the taters out at the halfway point. Brother came over and his son and enjoyed it as much as we did. This is a simple easy corned beef that only took about 3 hours Ive leftovers for hash tomorrow!
