just got through seasoning the new smoker/grill. did some barbacoa the last night of the season in a dutch oven. then today did some marinated country style pork ribs, chicken breasts, brats and some burgers. ment to get som pics of the grub, but by the time the dust settled their was nothing left to take a picture of except a knife, a spatula, a pair of gloves and empty racks. i grilled over charcoal and was quite pleased with the burn. ready for the church social next week.
