I try to be a lil different on these thangs an thought to myself, Why Not!!
Prolly gonna start the inside racks today an git the one end plate on. then build the firebox/damper door.
May have to turn that thang over though, run out of upside down weldin rods yesterday :roll:

LOL, you heard rite. Its nearly 3:30am an im fidna put a briskit on for him. Was to busy tryin to finish it out yesterday for pics, i'll git some at daybreak.

LOL, just got a call from Ron, and he says I set the bar way to high on cookin a briskit.
That smoker held 185 like a dream, I dont think he will have any problems duplicating my cook.
