This is the last practice weekend before the big Labor Day Throwdown. :shock:

Is everybody gettin' their cameras and menus tweaked??

Doing a good practice run tomorrow. Chuck roast, whole chicken, chicken thighs and some spare ribs.

Gettin' fired up! I'm considering firing up the Weber Kettle toward the end of the smoke to do a few high/direct delectables. Menu may look something like:

brisket
baby backs
sausage links
fattie
ABTs
burgers
dogs
