Doing a good practice run tomorrow. Chuck roast, whole chicken, chicken thighs and some spare ribs.

First throwdown for me since I joined the forum and I'll be out of town. Haven't seen my folks in 6 months, so I have to prioritize. Well, there's always next time.

Gettin' fired up! I'm considering firing up the Weber Kettle toward the end of the smoke to do a few high/direct delectables. Menu may look something like:

brisket
baby backs
sausage links
fattie
ABTs
burgers
dogs
