That's what I'm thinking. Catagories have "evolved" into:
Ribs (all kinds)
Big Hunks of Meat (butts, briskets, chucks, goats, bear, beef, bison...)
Things with Wings
Any Thing Goes.

One entry per catagory,
Can enter 1,2 3 or all of the catagories.
One photo per entry.

That sounds good, an overall winner

In followin suit with Mel and his generous offer of 1/2 price off a grill cover any size plus shipping costs here is my offer from the BBQ capitol of the US!!!

I don't make my own sauces and rubs cause I live in KANSAS CITY!! That's right, I have access to the BEST rubs and sauces ANYWHERE!

To the overall winner of the Throwdown, I will, out of my own good will and niceness, send the winner 1 bottle of KANSAS CITY'S FINEST BBQ Sauce! That's right, NO STRINGS ATTACHED!

In fact, this particular sauce and q joint has been a KC tradition since 1957!! I'm sure you've all heard of Jack Stack well here is a sauce from a Q joint Jack Stack copied....SMOKE STACK!!

I just picked this jar up TODAY at the store and I am willing to part with this jar, sealed and all to the THROWDOWN WINNER and to enjoy a taste of Kansas City, what I have the privelege of enjoying everyday!

I weep with tears of joy everytime I use this sauce cause it's THAT GOOD! This is really good in some bush's beans and some brisket, tastes just like Jack Stack beans (which are the best)
