Beef wise and grilling wise don't know what you could grill that isn't steak or burgers. What kind of a grill (gas or charcoal)? Guess he could do kabobs. For best results, the grill should be set up with three heat zones, hot, med. and low. Hot should be really hot. Low, like no fuel under it. Another Idea would be to do pit sammies. A roast grilled over high heat to sear, then thin sliced. The meat should be med rare in the middle.

I'm sure you'll get many more suggestions.

Look through the beef recipes.....ya might consider a Fattie or a Meatloaf, neither of which I have done, but always looks appealing...most of the guys here have done both....

It's a cut from the sirloin roast. The only place I can readily find it here in DFW is at Costco. It is very good smoke-roasted. We like to servie it, cooked barely to medium. Any left overs I slice it thin and serve it on hoagie type rolls with some provolone and onions. Kinda like a cheese steak.

The meat loaf idea sounds good too!
