Picked up some fresh brats at the butcher shop. They make their own. The links are still twisted together, so you tell them how many links and they cut off that many. They start off a light greyish/white color and don't turn real dark when cooked. But they taste great.
Some spicy mustard and hot pepper cheese on a fresh hogie roll .
