I cooked these the other night and just found them on the camera. Rubbed with WRO and sauced with SBR's. Used a little chunk of hickory with them.

Dang Larry..will say you done a great job with whutever it was you was working with:) Swore I seen sliced butt then I started seeing cow steak of some type.. Now is this hot..cold or simply warm? We need to pry loose all your secrets on this deal. Thanks.
