Howdy Jim ~ I had to haul off & bake my own buns! Tru dat. I do quite a bit of baking, so it weren't no big whoop ... I bake lots of sourdough breads, poboy buns, burger buns, dinner rolls, pizza dough, etc.

Them dogs is HUGE ... and they're darn good quality. I got a buddy in NY that has a bbq catering/roadside operation ... he tells me these Pearl dogs is in high demand. He drives over to Boston & buys them 100# at a clip. LOL

Them Yankees, God Bless 'Em, is still learnin' about real bbq ... but they sure do know their dogs!!

Ya know, Hubby always makes fun of me because I will ONLY eat all beef hot dogs, and I feel a whole lot better after seeing these dogs!  I doubt that I could eat a whole one! My son would go thru two or three cans of chili for two to three!
