WSM - Stacker

Postby DATsBBQ » Wed Jun 11, 2008 4:04 pm

Saw this link on "another" board

I find it pretty interesting but think I'll take a wait and see posture. Don't want to put a 3rd rate after market accessory on a quality Weber smoker

Funny thing is, I only use 1 rack in my WSM. As it is, if I'm using the WSM it's for a small cook for the family. I have other cookers for other size jobs...

However, I do think there is a big market for that WSM stacker...

Ian (ProBBQ) on this forum manufactures those stackers. I would rather have the 20" Excel coming soon, but from what I have seen others post, the stacker works quite well...it can also turn an 18" weber into a smoker too.

I've been following Ian's exploits for quite a while and the ProBBQ looks to be a very nice product, but ya know, never even thought about using the stacker on the 18" kettle... great idea for those with that grill!
