I didn't plan on cooking, but plans changed.

Im going to do up some stuffed burgers and brats later this evening. I have heard alot about the stuffed burgers, and thought Id give it a go. Gonna do some blue cheese and a mushroom cheddar stuffed burger. I will try to remember the pics this time.

Well the rotisserie didn't happen as I wanted to catch the drippings (to use with roasted taters).

Cooked up some rib eyes and pork chops last night used Daddy Hinkle's Instant Meat Marinate. That,s some good stuff right there

2.5lbs of jerky and some burgers on the grill was my cooking excitement for the weekend. too much goin on around here 8)
