At this point I’ve thrown in the towel on the garden. We’re trying to keep our shrubs alive and a small area of San Augustine in the front yard alive. The rest of the yard, probably over an acre, is khaki colored

She likes to water, and I am mostly ok with it. I just don't like working a well pump like that all the time.

I should have already watered our lawn but haven't so hopefully I can get out there this evening and give it a drink, "just because"

Us too except my 2 Jalapeno plants, but they have really slowed down. I finally watered the yard this weekend to keep it alive.

LOL hadn’t thought if that but I do certainly love the stuff. And a butter pecan bourbon shake would really stave off the heat. Plus I could unwind some curvy blacktop I haven’t straightened out yet…
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

I hear ya, this place is 2 blocks from my house, best in Houston area, dangerous, have to pace the trips to this place for sure. They have a sherrifs deputy there to control the drive through.

Looks like ours. I see the UV indexes forecast at 11. I thought it only went to 10.

Watering after the sun gets up is a waste. Water from daylight until 8 and shut it off
