I picked up some Big Red Shrimps the other day with the sole intention of grilling some Shrimp En Brouchette (FRENCH) but then I remembered that Piney had recently sent me some Oakridge BBQ "Jah Love Jamaican Jerk Seasoning". So I decided to do 3 of the big boys in a French Theme and the other 3 in the Jamaican Theme. It turned out to be a good idea according to my Taste Buds !
En Brouchette's were split open and then filled with a sliver of Jalapeno and Jack Chez then wrapped in bacon.
Jerk Shrimp were "lightly" sprinkled with the Jerk Seasoning, basted with Pineapple Juice and then grilled with Pineapple chunks.

That's what I did and even tho they both were good, the Bacon Wrapped was the best and so I ate them ALL.

Bobby: "No."
