I plan on participating in as many categories as I can.

As far as you entering, it's a blind judge. So as long as you don't have a giant circus banner being pulled by a bi-plane doing circles around your entry, you're anonymous.

One other question: You said ' no bacon". I'm assuming bacon is permissible to wrap something in; say a swimp?
