Shrimp En Brouchette #2
This was my second try and I still need to tweek the Recipe some. Next time I may go back to the larger shrimp for these and, therefore, use more bacon in the wrap, even tho these were very good.

Re: Shrimp En Brouchette #2
I forgot that I had done these more than once before and one of those times (subject con El Gordo) I used the larger shrimp. The "only" reason for going back to the larger ones is that my old hands have a hard time tucking, wrapping and sticking all of that when it's so small and slick. I also like the taste of the smaller prawns BUT NOT THAT MUCH to have to fight the K-Bob construction like I did this morning.

This is Agent Boots from the Food and Drug Administration. Just pull that rig over to the shoulder, step away from the shrimp, and nobody will get hurt...

He's doing awesome. Almost running now. Getting into everything like any normal little boy. Thanks for asking.
