This was my second try and I still need to tweek the Recipe some. Next time I may go back to the larger shrimp for these and, therefore, use more bacon in the wrap, even tho these were very good. :tup:

I forgot that I had done these more than once before and one of those times (subject con El Gordo) I used the larger shrimp. The "only" reason for going back to the larger ones is that my old hands have a hard time tucking, wrapping and sticking all of that when it's so small and slick. I also like the taste of the smaller prawns BUT NOT THAT MUCH to have to fight the K-Bob construction like I did this morning. :banghead:
