Also cooked a couple of pork tenderloins with Sucklebusters Hogwaller Honey. No brainer combo with a little cherry smoke thrown in.

The rub did what it was supposed to do as far as appearance. The activated charcoal in it is made to give a super dark bark. I just don’t think it lended a whole bunch flavor wise. That’s why I figure SPG on the next go.
