The MiSTEAK

Postby OldUsedParts » Tue Jul 02, 2019 12:12 pm

1 # Beef Loin NY Strip Steak tenderized with mallet and seasoned with Suckle Busters Campfire Steak Seasoning was the lesson learned today. Only center cut Prime or better Tenderloins for me from now on. The lack of tenderness didn't bother me as much as the blah taste so now I'm spoiled but I deserve it. :laughing7:

Thanks, Gents, I was certainly disappointed in the taste but I picked up a center cut tenderloin today to make up for it next week.
