Sooner Brats
Going to some friends this afternoon for a brat cookout before we head to the Woodlands to see the ole coral reefer himself tonight. Mr Buffet. Hopefully I will remember to get pics as I cook these. Will be sweating down some onions and bell peppers to go with them. Then into the beer bath they will all go. Along with some fresh bollio rolls from fiesta, and some cold potato salad or pasta salad.
A couple of packages of these brats are from a place sooner told us about. Another package is from a small meat locker in WI. and one package from a locker in Tomball.

Bobby: "No."

Yes sir! Missing JB for the first time in a long time. He moved from Frisco to Starplex in Fair Park this year. Had so many bad dealings with that place I swore to never go back regardless of who is playing.

Your right Parts, it is 5 oclock somewhere. The beer is on ice, I will be on the road the shortly, but its a short drive. Some beer, a little cook out, then some uber rides. And some more beer.

Didn't get many pics of the cooking process. But it all turned out pretty good. And Buffet is always a good show.
