Well done Woodie!!! And best to yer wife on her very special day.
Small request - Send round a picture sometime of one of those white pizzas from the Wyoming Valley I’ve heard about if you get down that way. Makes me curious.

BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

White Pizza huh....hmm, sounds like you've heard about the area just North of me bout 45 minutes.
I don't get up near Scranton/Wilkes Barre often where its common.
If my memory is correct, I think Old Forge is where it originated from ?
If its not, its definitely near the Scranton/Clarks Summit area, I'm sure of it.
White Pizza is really good imho, and this is coming from a Jersey native where Great Pizza is a staple, ask anyone who's had it and they will agree.
I've had 2 versions of White Pizza, one is Stuffed and the other is not.
I love both, most have Broccoli in or on them with a high quality Olive Oil which is detrimental to an authentic White Pizza.
Usually you will see Garlic and lots of Fresh Basil and Oregano, sometimes very very fine, almost like a salt texture.
I've made my own before and now that you mentioned it ill have to make one or 5 and post em up

These were real simple but packed with flavor.
I found this recipe a few years back...
