I just wanted to take a moment to wish all you Moms a fantastic Mothers Day.
I think you should be spoiled every day but today Especially.
I will be thinking about those on here that have lost thier Moms as well and I know that feeling but just on the Dad end of it so you will be in my thoughts as well.

Extra hugs are always good especially today.

We're down at Moms in Joyzee and my bro and I are making them some Shoulder Clod Medallions outside in this beautiful rainy raw day .

Its all good, were under the covered deck having some beers and soon will be pulling out the Clods. We hit them heavily with Sucklebusters SPG and on the hot cast they will go for maybe 45 seconds to a minute each side and then in the oven for a few minutes.
Mom can't have anything spicy since her surgery 2 years ago so I suggested the SPG on hers .

The other batch has SPG & a Sweet & Smoky Rub from our local market so we will see how that goes.

Gonna saute some Garlic Chunks, Rosemary,Tyme, and Cilantro and add on top kinda like the Shoulder Tender Cook.

Just got back with a small net of Little Necks from Restaurant Depot because Mom and Deb love Steamed Clams with thier Steak Medallions. Bring on the Drawn Butter, Beer, Clams and Steak Medallions and were good to go

Yesterday was Father's Day here. Actually Mother's Day but because I cook every Sunday here for my family. So yesterday we went out for dinner. So it was like Father's Day. I NEVER lifted a finger all day. Kids even paid for our dinner,doesn't get better,lol.
Wife enjoyed her day. Nice cards from the kids thanking her for everything she does for them.
