Couple of BB's with some Apple BBQ Sauce over Peach and Lump.

I was never a Huge BB fan but the price was right and Bob Barker was calling my name so I gave it a shot.
I like a crust/char/bark so I always tend to cook these on the fine line of being overdone. Unfortunately I know I crossed the line this time but they will still be good when I salvage them by shredding them up and adding some more Apple BBQ Sauce and toast up some Chaibatta Rolls.
