Decided to hit these Beef Ribs with some Yeller Mustard and then some Prime Rib Rub. Some also got a home made spice rub which is Smokey and Sweet. About 4 hrs total over Lump and Pecan at 200/225 thru a 2 hr wrap the 2nd and 3rd hr. First hr heavy smoke and last hr unwrapped, with the last 30 min brushed with the Rasberry Sauce.
Did an Apple Juice spritz every 20 minutes during the 1st and last hr.
Threw in a few Country Style Ribs as well with some Sucklebusters Texas Brisket Rub which I like on all types of meat.
Came out pretty good from the sample piece. Tomorrow we'll tear into em :)

Re: Raspberry Beef Short Ribs
Thx all, but this was the first time I've Ever done Beef Ribs. They were good but I think the next time I do em I'll throw them in the oil less fryer for a better texture.
