been gettin' fishin' stuff together this morning ... gotta work this afternoon from 2 till abut 6:30
sat plan on being set up & fishin' by sunup ... may fish all day
sun will leave out about 5 in the a.m. & drive to childress ... will help do the music (have geeetar will travel ) for four church services at the TDCJ unit there ... may even preach a lil bit ... be back home round 7:30 or 8 in the p.m.

Got a nice little honey hole out here @ Sundowner. Little sixty acre lake outside of Quitman. Finally have the fish on a pattern, recent cold snap will change that. Last outing pretty productive.
We moved here in March of 06, missed the pre-spawn, spawn activity. Endured post-spawn and drought. The fish are strong and mean. So far the largest bass I have caught here was a little over eight, personnal best is 11.4 with two more over ten. But I think I have found the bigbass highway here, just have to sit on it and see what happens!

We are about fifteen minutes minutes away from Lake Fork.
