Rehearsal Bird

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri May 18, 2018 12:59 pm

Got started about 7am and decided to put the breast tenderloins on the ECB over Kingsfore while the thighs were in the Pellet Pooper. After the thighs reached 171 I moved them over the Kingsford to crisp up a little and remove the pinkish rubbery attitude. Sliced and panned with broth so later I'll reheat and put in cooler. Thank God my Grandaughter came over to help me. Thanks again to all you helped me with this. Have a great weekend.

Thanks Y'all, and Yesiree Pardnah, Grandaughters are very special. I don't know what I would have done if Harlee hadn't come over and helped me. She can out work most young men these days and she was taking care of her Pawpaw. She took some pics but I don't have them yet but everything went GREAT.
