Well it’s a nice day so I took the pork butt challenge

I am determined to get this pork butt to come out good this time. I did carve it up more like competition style to appease the misses but I hope it works this time. All I could find at the store was boneless however.

Honestly I have never done this right until now. The sucklebusters hog waller works and the pork is tasty and tender. I had more but had to kick my daughters out of the container.
