I assume by that smoke tube I see in one pic that those beauties were done on your Pellet Pooper - - - if so, that's some great looking PPQ

Yes Sir OUP! Started to break out the old Pit Barrel Cooker and do a Brisket but was too tired. So I'll do 1 or 2 of them next weekend.
