Grilled Chicken Breast

Postby Canadian Smoker » Thu Mar 22, 2018 11:42 am

I was a bit lazy yesterday....rubbed up a couple bone in skin on chicken breast's with some Meat Church limited edition Holy Gospel rub.....
grilled them on my gasser....could not justify firing up coals for two breasts.
Nice crispy skin.....had a few store bought rice balls and some veggies on the side.....very simple.....very tasty.

This is why I use bone in skin on.... they tend to be more flavorful and moist.

My best experience with Chicken breast is bone In, skin on, simple brined for 1-2 hours max, your favorite seasoning and cook at a higher than normal BBQ heat(300-325 range), rib bone down to 165-170 IT
