I've no idea what that pile of green stuff is but I'm sure it was tasty.
Excellent looking plate of vittles for certain.

that steak was a lucky sale item purchase - - a boneless Reebye full of marbling and only $6 so I jumped all over it and I'm glad I did - - - very very tender but not so much that I forgot my Caveman Heritage
