Blackstone Patty Melt

Postby bsooner75 » Sun Feb 25, 2018 8:19 pm

First go at patty melts on the Blackstone. Wife really liked them but I thought they were meh. Taste buds have been a little off so maybe that’s it. We’ll try again.

I'm with The Pilgrim, so that's 2 votes for the Wife and ZERO for your opinion  :salut:

Thanks y’all!

Parts - that’s the way the voting always goes here at the house. Unless I can get the dog to vote :)

Just one of those nights where I didn’t feel like cooking to begin with. But I had committed.

And you had Mac and cheese. What’s not to like about that meal?

Beautamous.  Is that a word??  Either way it describes those patty melts. Another vote with the wife. We will have to come up with some type of test before allowing your opinion to count again. :dont: :dont:

Blackstone Patty Melt

Postby bsooner75 » Mon Feb 26, 2018 10:33 am

Thanks all. We will do this again (mainly because the wife likes it). I wasn’t feeling like myself last night. Probably has something to do with it.

Outlaw - I live in a house with 3 women. I am used to my opinion not counting.

OUP - she made the sauce. Some sort of BBQ, Mayo (I think), W sauce and hot sauce mixture. I’ll get you the details tonight.
