Sunday morning. Brisket hash

Postby Copasspupil » Sun Feb 25, 2018 11:17 am

I love Sunday mornings with my family. It usually means breaking out of the cereal routine and cracking some eggs. Decided on using up my leftover brisket, potatoes, garlic, jalopenos, celery with a little carne asada spices mixed in and a couple sunny side up eggs. Be back in an hour for the pics.

My daughter hates pepper on her eggs so that’s why it’s white all over.
