Lamb chops
How should I cook those little lamb chops that look like t bone steaks?

I myself like s&p, olive oil in a cast iron skillet medium heat, 4 min a side.

If they look like t bones then they are mid loin chops, and the best IMHO. I've done some last night and we are having for dinner tonight, I've done mine in tandoori mix. Served with mint and cucumber rhaita. Prolly coleslaw as well. I will grill aka broil? These later. Cook til slight pink in the middle.

Lol, my wife still can't decide on her fave meal I cook, between lamb tandoori chops or my chicken croquettes. A friend gave us a whole lamb for Christmas all cut up and frozen. We're getting through it,lol. Don't get me wrong , the other night we had big fat fillet steaks. With garlic sauce. Man it was good.

I would really enjoy coming down there and sampling that different cuisine that Y'all enjoy so much. Of course that mean the beverages also

Yea. Over cooked. Instead of medium rare they are medium. Still they taste great!. I can't wait to cook them again.
