Problem with putting a gathering together is that "SOMEONE" will have some Road Time because of their location. DFW would be perfect for A LOT of us but then it would be an overnighter or worse for others.

Spatchcock chicken and turkeys are great. Cuts down the cooking time and IMO it cooks more evenly. I won’t do another bird any other way.

I have been through a few bags of Best of the West and had the same experience with large pieces. I would pick it up at Sams but haven’t been there in a while.
