Black Stone..I LOVE YOU
Today being Sunday, I'm at it again as a cooking Fein! Diced some Boneless Thighs and Breasts, hit them hard with Sucklebusters Pecan Rub. Grilled them on the flat top with Whirl, and added 3 different sauces. One was Sucklebusters Honey, one was SBR Teriyaki and the other was Cowboys Smokehouse Hickory. Added the usual Shrooms, Bella's and White, Sliced Carrots, Red,Orange,Green and Yellow Peppers and Broccoli. Sauteed them all up and seasoned with Sucklebusters SPG.
Mixed each batch separately and simmered till the sauces glazed.
In the fridge tonight and tomorrow in the Foodsaver Bags for future Mangia Mangia :)

Looks Larapin as Always, Poco Pal - - - I'll bet that the sounds coming from that Griddle surface and your Spatula sounds like a Movie Scene of Dartanian and the Black Prince dueling it out

The more I see from you and the Blackstone, the more likely I am to "accidentally" purchase one of those..

Looks fantastic but you might re-think using that galvanized lid..even if your cook temps are in the safe zone, that stuff scares me near hot food.

Yeah, that thought had crossed my mind even tho it's not over the steam long. I think I will look for a SS type of steamer lid.
