Frito pie burger!
So I decided to take the chili burger to a new level on a gamble and wow, did it score big! Homemade chili on a ground brisket patty topped with smoked cheddar, onion, and Fritos. I made 2 gallons of chili yesterday and there was maybe a quart left today. These sold like crazy!

One of these days I think I'll be able to say "Yes indeed I know Him and consider him a friend. Matter of fact before he became a famous Celebrity Chef he was a member of the TBBQ Forum"
BTW, in case you didn't know it, MY GENERATION invented Frito Chili Pie. We even took it to the fast food level at the Drive In Burger Joint after school. They would take a small bag of Fritos and open the side up. Then they would dump in some chili and chopped own-yawns and that would usually keep us until Supper Time at Home.

Haha! I love it! I don't think I'll be a celebrity chef but honestly, I'd love to catch the attention of Guy Fieri.

If you're ever out my way, stop on by! I'm at the helm usually til 2 or 3 pm and when I'm running things, I try to even accommodate special requests. If you want it and I've got it, I'll make it!

I try to make Frito pie itself at LEAST once a month. I couldn't go long without it. Lol! I figured it couldn't hurt to try it as a burger.
I can NOT wait to unveil my next baby though. Been working on one for a bit now trying to perfect it, now the burger is complete, I'm just waiting on the buns.
