Wicked Whole Roaster

Postby woodenvisions » Sun Dec 03, 2017 8:57 pm

So, it's been quite some time since I've done a whole Roaster Beer Can Style.Tonight was a Yellow Mustard rub down, then hit with something I've never used til tonight.Tuscan Herb was sprinkled on the bird and then I injected it with a Butter/Garlic Powder/and Chicken Stock mix and then atop some Redd's Wicked Apple Ale.
Fired up the Big Easy , dropped her in, laid the crisper lid on top and away I walked !
75 minutes later, after a 25 min chill period I sliced and diced.

Probably one of our favorite cooks to date, lots and lots of juicy flavor and CRISPY skin :):):)

Hope y'all like the pics :)

Thanks Y'all !!!

It was something quick, was a lazy night for me !
I'm thinking some home made chicken bacon ranch pizzas with Naan bread would be a good use for some of this chicken.:)

We love naan bread, if you get a chance wv, try a keema naan, my fave , filled with minced lamb. It's really really good.
